From Thamel, head south on Thamel Marg towards the main road (Pradarshani Marg). Once you reach the junction, take a left onto Pradarshani Marg. Continue walking until you reach the bus station at Ratna Park. This walk should take about 10-15 minutes.

At the Ratna Park bus station, look for a bus heading to Soti or Gorkha. Make sure to ask the driver if they are going to Soti, as it is the starting point for the Manaslu Circuit Trek. The bus ride will take approximately 6-8 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions.

Once you arrive in Soti, disembark from the bus and ask locals for directions to the trailhead. The trailhead is usually a short walk from the bus stop. Follow signs or ask locals for specific routes leading to the beginning of the Manaslu Circuit Trek.
