From the heart of Thamel, head east on Tridevi Marg towards the intersection with Thamel Marg. Continue straight until you reach the traffic lights at the intersection of Tridevi Marg and Durbar Marg. Cross the street and turn left onto Durbar Marg. Walk straight for about 10-15 minutes, passing the Nepal Tourism Board on your right. As you approach the Narayanhiti Royal Palace, you will see its entrance on Narayanhiti Path, just ahead on your right.
