Walking
From Thamel, head east on 'Thamel Marg' and continue straight. You will pass various shops and cafes. After about 10-15 minutes, you will reach a junction. Turn left onto 'Dharma Path'. Continue walking straight until you reach 'Bhaktapur Durbar Square' junction. Here, turn right onto 'Hanuman Dhoka Sadak'. Continue walking for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Hanuman Dhoka, which is a large historical complex on your right.
Rickshaw
You can hire a rickshaw from anywhere in Thamel. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand, which typically costs around NPR 200-300. Ask the driver to take you to 'Hanuman Dhoka'. The ride will take approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. The rickshaw will drop you off near the entrance of Hanuman Dhoka.
