Getting There

Walking
From the main square in Nagarkot, head south on the main road towards the direction of Kathmandu. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach the fork in the road where the sign points towards Bhaktapur and Kathmandu. Take the path that leads to Kathmandu. After another 10-minute walk, you will reach the main entrance of the village. Once inside the village, ask locals for directions to Thamel, as it is a well-known area among residents. After about 20 minutes of walking through the village, you will see signs for Z Street on your left. Turn left onto Z Street and walk down the small alley until you see Mountain Rock Treks And Expedition Pvt. Ltd. on the 1st floor.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Nagarkot, walk to the nearest bus stop which is located on the main road. Look for a bus heading to Kathmandu; the journey will take around 30 minutes. Once you reach Kathmandu, ask the bus driver or locals for directions to Thamel. After arriving in Thamel, walk towards Z Street. Once you find Z Street, enter the small alley and climb up to the first floor where Mountain Rock Treks And Expedition Pvt. Ltd. is located.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local shops in Nagarkot. Start on the main road heading south towards Kathmandu. It is a downhill ride, so take care while cycling. After about 30 minutes of cycling, you will reach the main entrance of the village. From there, continue to follow signs towards Thamel. Once you reach Thamel, look for Z Street and enter the small alley. Mountain Rock Treks And Expedition Pvt. Ltd. will be on the first floor.
