Getting There

Walking

From the main square of Namche Bazaar, head towards the Namche Marg road that leads up the hill. Keep walking straight; you will pass several shops and cafes on your left and right. Continue on this path for about 10 minutes until you reach a junction with a signpost. Take the left fork at the junction, which is also marked for Hotel Kamal. Continue walking for another 5 minutes, and you will see Hotel Kamal on your left, just past a small tea shop.

If you are coming from the Everest View Hotel area, walk down the main path leading into Namche Bazaar. Once you reach the main square, follow the instructions above to head towards Namche Marg road. This route will take you past local shops and eateries. After about 15 minutes of walking, take the left fork at the junction and proceed for another 5 minutes to arrive at Hotel Kamal.

For those coming from the lower sections of Namche Bazaar, start at the entrance where the trail meets the main village. Ascend the steps leading into the bazaar and keep to the right side of the main thoroughfare. After approximately 20 minutes, you will reach the junction. Take the left fork towards Namche Marg and continue for another 5 minutes until you find Hotel Kamal on your left, just after a small shop selling local handicrafts.
