Walking
From the center of Namche Bazaar, head towards the main trail leading to the Everest Base Camp. As you walk, look for signs directing you towards Khumjung. Continue walking for approximately 1-1.5 hours, enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. You'll pass by local shops and tea houses. Keep an eye out for the trail leading down towards the Imja Khola River.

Once you reach the valley floor, follow the trail that runs alongside the Imja Khola River. You will be walking on a well-marked path. Continue for about 30-45 minutes, keeping the river on your left. You will eventually see the Imja River Suspension Bridge (New) ahead, connecting the two sides of the river.

As you approach the bridge, take your time to enjoy the breathtaking views of the river and the surrounding landscape. Once you reach the bridge, you can cross it and explore the area on the other side, which leads to Khumjung.
