From the center of Namche Bazaar, head towards the main square where the shops and eateries are located. Look for the path leading uphill towards the Everest View Hotel. Follow this path for about 5-10 minutes until you reach a fork. At the fork, keep left and continue walking uphill. You will see signs pointing towards Khumbu Lodge. After approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Khumbu Lodge, which is situated on Namche Marg. The lodge is a few meters past the main trail, identifiable by its welcoming entrance and signage.
