Getting There

  • Walking

    From the central square of Namche Bazaar, head towards the main trail leading north out of the town. Continue along the well-marked path that runs parallel to the hillside. You will pass several guesthouses and shops. Keep an eye out for the signs indicating the trail to Khumbu. After approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will reach a viewpoint where you can see the stunning surrounding mountains. Continue on the same path for another 10-15 minutes until you reach a fork in the trail. Take the left path that leads you down slightly and follow the signs toward RP47+PHX. You will arrive at the destination in about 10 minutes, passing a few more lodges along the way.
