Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest major city in Province No. 1, such as Biratnagar. Take the Biratnagar-Ilam road, which is well-marked. Drive for approximately 75 kilometers towards Ilam. Once you reach the town of Ilam, follow the signs towards Panitanki. The Ilam View Tower is located in Panitanki, just a short distance from the town center. Ensure to have a GPS or a local map for precise navigation, especially as you approach Panitanki.
Public Transportation
For public transport, take a bus from Biratnagar to Ilam. Buses leave frequently from the Biratnagar bus station, and the journey takes around 3-4 hours. Once you arrive in Ilam, you can either take a local taxi or a microbus to Panitanki. The fare for the bus from Biratnagar to Ilam is approximately NPR 300-400. From Ilam to Panitanki, expect to pay around NPR 100-200 for a taxi or microbus ride.
