Car
If you are driving, start your journey from Biratnagar, which is about 30 km away from Dharan. Take the Biratnagar-Dharan road (also known as the Bypass road) heading towards Dharan. Upon entering Dharan, follow the signs to Radio Nepal Marg. The park is located directly on this road. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From Biratnagar, you can take a local bus or microbus to Dharan. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and costs around NPR 50-100. Once you reach Dharan, you can either walk to Yalamber Park or take a local taxi. The park is about 2 km from the bus stop in Dharan. Walking will take about 25-30 minutes, while a taxi ride will cost about NPR 200.
Local Taxi
If you arrive in Dharan and prefer to take a taxi directly to Yalamber Park, you can hire one from any local taxi stand. The fare from the bus station to the park should be around NPR 200-300 depending on your negotiation skills.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of Dharan and wish to walk to Yalamber Park, head towards Radio Nepal Marg. The park is located directly on this road, and you can enjoy a pleasant walk to reach your destination. The walk from the center of Dharan to the park takes approximately 30-40 minutes.
