If you are traveling by car from Jomsom, head north on the Annapurna Circuit road. After approximately 10 kilometers, you will reach the village of Kagbeni. Continue on the same road for another 18 kilometers until you arrive at the village of Muktinath. From Muktinath, take the road that branches off towards Kunjo. This road may be rough and require a 4WD vehicle. Drive for about 15 kilometers until you reach Kunjo. Titi Lake is located just outside the village, approximately a 20-minute walk from the main road. Look for the signs directing you to the lake.

To reach Titi Lake using public transportation, first take a local bus or jeep from Jomsom to Muktinath. The bus ride takes around 2-3 hours and costs approximately NPR 500-1000. From Muktinath, you will need to hire a local jeep or arrange for a taxi to take you to Kunjo. The cost of this ride is around NPR 1500-3000, depending on the negotiation and the type of vehicle. Once in Kunjo, Titi Lake is a short 20-minute walk from the main road. Follow the path leading to the lake, which is well indicated by local signs.

From Kagbeni, continue to Muktinath, which takes an additional 5-6 hours. Once in Muktinath, follow the path to Kunjo, taking about 1-2 hours. The trek from Muktinath to Kunjo is scenic and provides stunning views of the surrounding mountains. After reaching Kunjo, Titi Lake is a 20-minute walk away.
