If you are in the center of Amersfoort, start at the main square, Hof. From the Hof, head south towards the Kromme Rade street. Continue along this street until you reach the train station, Amersfoort Centraal. Once at the station, take a train to Amsterdam Centraal. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. After arriving at Amsterdam Centraal, exit the station and follow the signs for tram services. Take Tram 4, heading towards 'Zuid.' Get off at the 'Muntplein' stop. From there, walk southeast along Amstelstraat for about 5 minutes until you reach Amstel 115/125, where the Royal Theater Carré is located.

For those who prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Amersfoort. Head south from the city center towards the Amersfoort Centraal train station. Follow the bike paths to the station and board a train to Amsterdam Centraal. After arriving, exit the station and rent a bicycle if you didn’t bring one. Cycle south towards the Amstel River and follow the river until you reach the Royal Theater Carré at Amstel 115/125. This route is scenic and will allow you to enjoy the beautiful views along the way.

From anywhere in Amersfoort, make your way to the Amersfoort Centraal train station. Once there, purchase a ticket for a train to Amsterdam Centraal. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Amsterdam Centraal, follow the signs to the tram platforms. Board Tram 4 in the direction of 'Zuid.' After about 7 stops, disembark at 'Muntplein.' From there, walk along Amstelstraat for about 5 minutes to reach the Royal Theater Carré at Amstel 115/125. Be sure to check the tram schedules for frequency to minimize waiting time.
