If you're starting from Amsterdam Centraal Station, exit the station and head towards the front entrance. From there, walk straight down the Damrak street until you reach Dam Square. At Dam Square, take the exit toward Rokin street and continue walking straight. Turn left onto the Vijzelstraat, and walk until you reach the intersection with the Amstel River. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto the Nieuwe Prinsengracht. You'll find it on your left.

From Amsterdam Centraal Station, board Tram 4 or Tram 14 heading towards the direction of 'Zuid'. Disembark at the 'Hertogstraat' stop. From there, walk straight onto the Nieuwe Prinsengracht which is just a short distance away. Follow the road, and you will arrive at your destination.
