If you are starting from the Groningen Central Station, exit the station and head south on Stationsweg. Continue straight onto Hoofdstation. After about 600 meters, turn left onto Gelkingestraat. The Protestantse Wijkgemeente Martinikerk will be on your left at Martinikerkhof 3.
