Walk south towards the 'Vrouwjuttenland' canal and turn right onto the 'Vrouwjuttenland' street. Continue straight until you reach the 'Breestraat'. Turn left and walk until you reach 'Rapenburg'. Continue along 'Rapenburg' until you see the 'Botanical Garden' on your right. Keep walking until you reach 'Van der Sterrepad'. Turn right onto 'Van der Sterrepad', and you will find Burcht van Leiden at the end of the street on your left.

For those who prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in the city. Start at the 'Leiden Central Station' and head towards the 'Vrouwjuttenland'. Cycle straight towards the 'Breestraat' and turn left. Continue cycling down 'Rapenburg', passing the 'Botanical Garden' on your right. When you reach 'Van der Sterrepad', turn right, and Burcht van Leiden will be on your left at the end of the street.
