From any location within White Mountains National Forest, navigate to NH-16 South. Follow NH-16 South for approximately 20 miles until you reach North Conway. Once in North Conway, take a right onto Norcross Circle. The Conway Scenic Railroad will be on your right at 38 Norcross Cir, North Conway, NH 03860. There is usually free parking available, but it can fill up quickly during peak tourist seasons.
