Getting There

  • PATH TRAIN

    From Jersey City, head to the PATH train station. The Journal Square PATH station is a good option. Board a train heading towards World Trade Center. Once you arrive at the World Trade Center station, transfer to the subway by following the signs to the 1 train. Take the 1 train heading uptown. Get off at 23rd Street station. After exiting the station, walk east on West 23rd Street until you reach 5th Avenue. Turn left on 5th Avenue; the Flatiron District will be on your right.

  • BUS

    Locate a NJ Transit bus stop in Jersey City, preferably on Newark Avenue or another major street. Take the NJ Transit bus heading towards New York City (check the bus number for confirmation). After crossing the Hudson River, the bus will drop you off at a terminal in Manhattan. From there, transfer to the subway and take the 1 train at the nearby station. Get off at 23rd Street station. Walk east on West 23rd Street to 5th Avenue, where the Flatiron District awaits.

  • FERRY

    Find the Liberty State Park Ferry Terminal in Jersey City. Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Battery Park in Manhattan. After disembarking, walk towards the subway entrance at Battery Park. Take the 4 or 5 train from Bowling Green station uptown to 23rd Street. From there, walk east on West 23rd Street until you reach 5th Avenue for the Flatiron District.

  • WALKING

    If you are in the vicinity of the waterfront, you can enjoy a scenic walk. Head towards the Hudson River Walk and follow the path north. As you walk along the river, continue until you reach the PATH train station. From there, you can take the PATH train to the World Trade Center and then transfer to the subway as described above.
