From Jersey City, head to the Exchange Place PATH station. Take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the World Trade Center station. Once you exit the station, follow signs to the Oculus and then head towards the subway station for the 1 train at the Cortlandt Street station. Board the 1 train heading towards Van Cortlandt Park-242 St. and get off at the 59th Street - Columbus Circle station. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to the Daniel Webster Monument.
