From your location in Jersey City, walk to the nearest Light Rail station, which is likely the 'Grove Street' station. Board a train heading towards 'Harrison' or 'Newark' and get off at 'Exchange Place'. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the PATH train station. Take the PATH train towards 'World Trade Center' and alight at 'World Trade Center' station. From there, walk to the Oculus and follow signs to the PATH train that goes to '33rd Street'. Once you arrive at '33rd Street', exit the station and walk north towards 5th Avenue. Continue walking until you reach the intersection of 5th Avenue and Central Park South.

Locate the nearest NJ Transit bus stop in Jersey City. Take the NJ Transit bus #119 towards 'New York Port Authority'. The bus will take you into Manhattan and drop you off at the Port Authority Bus Terminal. From there, walk east on 42nd Street to 5th Avenue and then head north along 5th Avenue until you reach the intersection with Central Park South.

Take the PATH train towards 'World Trade Center', then transfer to the subway at 'World Trade Center' station. Take the A, C, or E train to '42nd Street - Port Authority'. Upon exiting, walk east on 42nd Street towards 5th Avenue. Turn left on 5th Avenue and walk north until you reach the intersection with Central Park South.
