From Jersey City, head to the Exchange Place PATH station. Take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. Once you arrive at the World Trade Center station, exit and follow the signs to the Oculus. From the Oculus, walk towards Church Street and make your way to the Chambers Street subway station. Take the 1 subway train towards Van Cortlandt Park-242 St. Get off at the 42nd Street-Times Square station. From there, transfer to the 7 train towards Flushing-Main St. Get off at the 5th Avenue stop. Walk towards Columbus Circle, and you will find 10 Columbus Cir on your left.

Catch the NJ Transit bus number 126 from Jersey City towards New York Port Authority. Once you arrive at Port Authority, head inside the terminal and follow signs for the subway. Take the A, C, or E subway line from 42nd Street-Port Authority. Get off at the 42nd Street-Times Square station. From there, walk to the nearby 7 train and board towards Flushing-Main St. Get off at the 5th Avenue stop, and proceed to walk towards Columbus Circle where you will find 10 Columbus Cir.
