PATH Train
From your location in Jersey City, walk to the PATH train station nearest you. If you're in downtown Jersey City, the Exchange Place PATH station is a good option. Board a train heading to World Trade Center. After approximately 10 minutes, you'll arrive at the World Trade Center station. Once you exit the train, follow the signs to the Oculus and then head to the subway station for the E train. Board the E train towards World Trade Center and get off at 50th Street. From there, transfer to the C train towards 168th St and get off at 72nd Street. After exiting the station, walk west on 72nd Street for about 5 minutes until you reach The Dakota located at 1 W 72nd St.
