  • PATH Train

    From your location in Jersey City, walk to the PATH train station nearest you. If you're in downtown Jersey City, the Exchange Place PATH station is a good option. Board a train heading to World Trade Center. After approximately 10 minutes, you'll arrive at the World Trade Center station. Once you exit the train, follow the signs to the Oculus and then head to the subway station for the E train. Board the E train towards World Trade Center and get off at 50th Street. From there, transfer to the C train towards 168th St and get off at 72nd Street. After exiting the station, walk west on 72nd Street for about 5 minutes until you reach The Dakota located at 1 W 72nd St.

    Head to the Liberty State Park Ferry Terminal in Jersey City. You can take a local bus or walk depending on your proximity. Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Manhattan. The ferry ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Manhattan terminal, head towards West 72nd Street. You can walk or take a local bus (M72) to reach 1 W 72nd St. The Dakota will be a short walk from the bus stop.
