If you are in the downtown area of Jersey City, head towards the PATH train station at Exchange Place. Board a PATH train heading towards World Trade Center. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the World Trade Center station. From there, transfer to the subway and take the 2 train (the red line) towards Flatbush Ave - Brooklyn College. After about 10 stops, alight at the Clark St station. Once you exit the station, walk towards the right and head down Clark St until you reach the intersection with Cadman Plaza. Turn left on Cadman Plaza and continue walking straight for about 5 minutes until you reach 200 Cadman Plaza in Brooklyn.

Make your way to the Liberty State Park Ferry Terminal in Jersey City. Board the ferry heading to Battery Park City in Manhattan. After approximately 10 minutes, you will arrive at Battery Park City. From there, walk to the subway entrance at the World Trade Center. Take the 2 train (the red line) towards Flatbush Ave - Brooklyn College. Get off at the Clark St station after about 10 stops. Exit the station and walk towards the right down Clark St until you reach the intersection with Cadman Plaza. Turn left on Cadman Plaza and continue walking straight for about 5 minutes until you reach 200 Cadman Plaza in Brooklyn.

From any location in Jersey City, find a stop for the NJ Transit bus service. Board a bus heading towards Manhattan, preferably one that stops at the Port Authority Bus Terminal. From the Port Authority, walk to the nearest subway station and take the A or C train towards Brooklyn. Get off at the High St – Brooklyn Bridge station. Walk down to Cadman Plaza W and turn left. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach 200 Cadman Plaza.
