PATH Train
From your location in Jersey City, head to the nearest PATH station (e.g., Exchange Place or Journal Square). Purchase a ticket to World Trade Center. Once you arrive at the World Trade Center station, follow the signs to the Oculus and then exit the station to Liberty Street. Walk towards the Hudson River and turn left onto West Street. Walk north until you reach the Battery Park City area, where you can catch a ferry to Brooklyn. The ferry will take you to Brooklyn Bridge Park, which is a short walk away from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade.

If you're near the waterfront in Jersey City, you can catch a ferry directly to Brooklyn. Look for the Liberty Landing Ferry or the NY Waterway Ferry service. Board the ferry heading towards Brooklyn (DUMBO or Downtown Brooklyn). Once you arrive at the ferry terminal in Brooklyn, exit and head towards the Brooklyn Bridge Park. From there, follow the pathway that leads you to Montague St & Pierrepont Pl, where the Brooklyn Heights Promenade is located.

Find a local NJ Transit bus stop in Jersey City. Take the bus that goes towards Port Authority or any bus that connects to the PATH train (like the 119 or 126). Once you reach Port Authority, transfer to the subway (take the A or C train) towards Brooklyn. Get off at High Street-Brooklyn Bridge station. From there, follow the signs to the exit, and walk towards the Brooklyn Heights Promenade by heading west on Montague Street.
