PATH Train
If you are in Jersey City, head to the nearest PATH train station, which could be either the Journal Square or the Exchange Place station. From Journal Square, take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. If you're at Exchange Place, take the PATH train towards World Trade Center as well. Get off at the World Trade Center station, then transfer to the PATH train towards Newark. The ride to Newark Penn Station takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Newark Penn Station, exit the station and walk towards Center Street. Turn left onto Center Street, and continue walking straight. The New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) will be located at 1 Center St, just a short walk away.

NJ Transit Train
From Jersey City, make your way to the NJ Transit station at either Hoboken Terminal or Journal Square. If you are at Hoboken Terminal, board the NJ Transit North Jersey Coast Line or the Raritan Valley Line towards Newark Penn Station. If you are at Journal Square, take the NJ Transit train that heads towards Newark Penn Station. Once you arrive at Newark Penn Station, exit the train station and walk towards Center Street. Turn left onto Center Street and continue walking straight for a few minutes until you reach the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) at 1 Center St.

You can take a NJ Transit bus from Jersey City to Newark. Look for bus routes 1, 2, or 13 at the nearest bus stop. Board the bus and ensure it is heading towards Newark. The ride may take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Newark, ask the driver to let you off near the NJPAC or you can use a map app to locate the nearest stop to 1 Center St. After getting off the bus, walk towards Center Street and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) will be on your left.
