If you are near the PATH train station at Exchange Place, exit the station and head towards the waterfront. Walk along the Hudson River waterfront promenade until you reach the Liberty State Park area. From there, head northwest towards Montgomery Street and follow it until you hit Newark Avenue. Turn left onto Newark Avenue, and you will find the Newark Avenue Pedestrian Plaza at 134-158 Newark Ave.

If you are at the Jersey City waterfront at Liberty State Park, exit the park and head towards the nearest major street, which is Montgomery Street. Walk east along Montgomery Street until you reach Newark Avenue. Turn right onto Newark Avenue, and you will arrive at the Newark Avenue Pedestrian Plaza.

If you are at the Journal Square Transportation Center, exit the center and take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. Get off at the Exchange Place station. From Exchange Place, follow the previous walking instructions to Newark Avenue Pedestrian Plaza.
