Walking
If you're starting from the PATH train station at Exchange Place, exit the station and head east on Montgomery Street. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront. Turn left onto the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway. Follow the walkway along the river, enjoying the views of Manhattan across the water. Continue walking until you reach the area near the Jersey City Marina - Viewpoint, which will be on your right. Look for the park area that provides scenic views of the marina and the skyline.

Turn right onto Montgomery Street and continue until you see the waterfront. Once at the waterfront, turn left and follow the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway until you arrive at the Jersey City Marina - Viewpoint.

If you are near the Journal Square PATH station, board a train bound for World Trade Center and get off at the Exchange Place station. From there, exit the station and follow Montgomery Street east towards the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront, turn left onto the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway and continue walking until you reach the Jersey City Marina - Viewpoint.
