From High Point State Park, head south on Route 23 and follow it until you reach Route 287 South. Merge onto Route 287 South and continue towards the George Washington Bridge. Follow signs for I-95 North and merge onto I-95 North. Stay on I-95 North and take exit 14C for Jersey City. Follow the signs for Jersey City and then take a right onto Hudson Street. J Owen Grundy Park will be on your left. Parking is available in nearby lots, but be prepared for possible fees.

From High Point State Park, you can take a local taxi or rideshare service to the nearest train station, which is in Newton. Board a NJ Transit train toward Hoboken. Once in Hoboken, transfer to the PATH train at Hoboken Terminal heading towards World Trade Center. Get off at the Exchange Place station in Jersey City. From there, it’s a short walk to Hudson Street. J Owen Grundy Park is located just a few blocks from the station. Be aware of the train fare, which can vary depending on your departure point.
