Stay on the bus for approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Once you arrive at the Port Authority, exit the terminal and walk to 42nd Street. From there, transfer to the Subway. Take the A, C, or E train downtown to the West 4th Street Station. At West 4th Street, transfer to the F train towards Jamaica-179th Street. Get off at the Delancey Street station. Exit the station and walk east on Delancey Street for about 10 minutes until you reach Essex Market at 88 Essex St.

    Walk to the nearest NJ Transit station in Paterson. Board a train heading towards Hoboken. Once you arrive at Hoboken Terminal, transfer to the PATH train towards 33rd Street. After a short ride, get off at the World Trade Center station. From there, walk to the nearby Fulton Street subway station and take the 2 or 4 train uptown. Get off at the Bowery station.
