To reach the Philadelphia Zoo from Trenton, start at the Trenton Train Station. Take a NJ Transit train on the Northeast Corridor Line towards Philadelphia. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 30th Street Station in Philadelphia. Once you arrive, exit the station and head towards the Market Street exit. From there, you can either take the subway or a bus. For the subway, take the Market-Frankford Line (Blue Line) towards Frankford. Get off at the 69th Street Station. From there, transfer to the 34th Street Bus. The bus will take you directly to the Philadelphia Zoo, located at 3400 W Girard Ave. The total travel time, including transfers, is approximately 1 hour.

If you're already in downtown Trenton, you can take a walk to the Trenton Train Station and start your journey there. Head towards the corner of State Street and Broad Street, and make your way to the station. Once at Trenton Train Station, follow the public transit instructions above to reach the Philadelphia Zoo.
