Car
If you are driving from the Santa Fe National Forest, take NM-475 N towards Ski Santa Fe. Continue on NM-475 for about 15 miles until you reach the intersection with NM-63. Turn left onto NM-63 and follow it for approximately 5 miles. At the T-intersection, turn right onto NM-50, and after about 5 miles, you'll arrive at Pecos National Historical Park. Note that there is a parking fee of $20 per vehicle, which is valid for up to 7 days.

To use public transportation, first take the New Mexico Park and Ride bus (Route 255) from Santa Fe to the nearest stop. The closest bus stop is at the intersection of NM-63 and NM-50. From there, you can walk approximately 1 mile to reach the entrance of Pecos National Historical Park. Be sure to check the current bus schedule for availability as it may vary by season.

For the more adventurous, cycling to Pecos National Historical Park is an option. From Santa Fe National Forest, take NM-475 N for about 15 miles, then take NM-63. For experienced hikers, you can hike from certain trailheads in the Santa Fe National Forest to Pecos National Historical Park. One option is to start from the Winsor Trailhead.
