To reach Bandelier National Monument from White Sands without a car, take the RoadRUNNER Transit bus from the White Sands area to Alamogordo. From there, transfer to the Mountain Spirit Transportation bus heading towards Los Alamos. The Mountain Spirit bus will drop you off at the nearest stop to Bandelier National Monument. You will then need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to the entrance of the park. Be sure to check the bus schedules in advance for the most convenient travel times.
