If you're near the Albany City Hall, walk south on Eagle Street until you reach the South Mall Arterial. Once you reach the South Mall Arterial, turn left and continue walking. Empire State Plaza is located at 100 S Mall Arterial, just a short walk from this point. The plaza is marked with distinctive modern architecture and large open spaces.

If you're near a bus stop, you can take the CDTA bus route 10 or 18, which services the area around Empire State Plaza.
