If you're near the Albany City Hall, walk south on Eagle Street until you reach the South Mall Arterial. Once you reach the South Mall Arterial, turn left and continue walking. Empire State Plaza is located at 100 S Mall Arterial, just a short walk from this point. The plaza is marked with distinctive modern architecture and large open spaces.

    If you're near a bus stop, you can take the CDTA bus route 10 or 18, which services the area around Empire State Plaza. Make sure to check the CDTA schedule for the nearest bus stop and arrival times. Board the bus heading towards the South Mall Arterial. The fare is $1.75, and you can pay using exact change or a CDTA MetroCard. Get off at the South Mall Arterial stop, and you'll see the Empire State Plaza directly in front of you.
