Walking
If you are already in Downtown Albany, you can easily walk to the Site of the Oldest Building in Albany, located at 80 NY-32. Start from the Albany City Hall located at 24 Eagle Street. Head west on Eagle Street and take a left onto North Pearl Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with State Street. Turn right onto State Street and walk until you reach Broadway. Take a left onto Broadway and walk straight for about 5 minutes. You will see the site on your right. The total walk is approximately 15 minutes.

Public Transportation (Bus)
You can also take public transportation to reach the site. Head to the nearest bus stop, which is located at 10 North Pearl Street. From there, board the CDTA bus line 1 (Northway) heading towards the Plaza. You will ride for about 4 stops, getting off at the 'Broadway & State' stop. From there, walk east along Broadway for about 5 minutes until you reach the site at 80 NY-32. The bus fare is $1.75, and you can pay using cash or a CDTA bus card.
