If you are starting from the Albany City Hall, head southwest on Eagle Street towards State Street. After about 0.2 miles, turn right onto State Street and walk for another 0.3 miles. You will pass the New York State Capitol on your left. At the intersection with Washington Avenue, turn left and continue for about 0.2 miles until you reach Lark Street. Turn right onto Lark Street and walk for about 0.1 miles, then turn left onto Livingston Avenue. The Underground Railroad Education Center will be on your left at 194 Livingston Ave.
