Getting There

• Walking

  If you are at Canalside, you can easily walk to Explore & More - The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Children's Museum. Start at the Canalside Boardwalk and head towards Main Street. Continue walking straight on Main Street for about 5-10 minutes. The museum is located at 130 Main St, which is directly adjacent to the waterfront area. Look for the large, colorful building; it’s hard to miss!

• Public Transit (Bus)

  If you prefer to take public transit, you can catch a bus from Canalside. Head to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the corner of Main St and Erie St. Check the NFTA Metro website or app for the latest bus schedules. You can take the #5 bus heading towards the Buffalo Medical Campus. The bus fare is $2.00, and you will need exact change. Get off at the Main St & Scott St stop, then walk a short distance to the museum, which is located at 130 Main St.

• Biking

  If you enjoy biking, you can rent a bike at one of the local bike-sharing stations in Canalside. Start at the Canalside bike dock and head north along the waterfront path. Continue on the path until you reach Main St, then turn left and bike a short distance to 130 Main St. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local biking regulations.
