If you are starting from the Buffalo Metro Rail, exit at the Fountain Plaza Station. From there, head south on Main Street. Walk straight for about 0.5 miles (approximately 10-15 minutes on foot). You will pass by various shops and restaurants along the way. The Hiker is located on the left side of Main Street, just before you reach the intersection with Exchange Street.

Public Transit - Bus
Take the NFTA Metro Bus from any downtown stop. Look for the bus routes that head towards Main Street. The fare is $2.00, and you can pay with exact change or use a MetroCard. Disembark at the Main St & Exchange St stop. From there, The Hiker is a short walk to the north along Main Street, just past the intersection.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the local bike-share programs available in downtown Buffalo. Head south on Main Street and ride for about 0.5 miles. The Hiker will be on your left just before you reach Exchange Street. Make sure to park your bike at a designated bike rack nearby.
