Car
From any location in the Catskill Mountains, head towards NY-28. If you are in the town of Phoenicia, take NY-28 West. Continue on NY-28 for approximately 12 miles until you reach the junction with Peekamoose Road. Turn left onto Peekamoose Road and follow it for about 5 miles. You will see signs for Peekamoose Blue Hole. There is a parking area adjacent to the entrance, but be aware that it may fill up quickly during weekends and holidays.

If you're traveling via public transportation, take a bus from New York City to the town of Phoenicia using the Trailways bus service. Upon arrival in Phoenicia, you can either take a taxi or rideshare service to get to the junction of NY-28 and Peekamoose Road. The taxi ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes and may cost around $20-$30. Once at Peekamoose Road, follow the same directions as above for parking and accessing the Blue Hole.
