From Poughkeepsie, head to the Poughkeepsie Transit Center located at 505 Main St, Poughkeepsie, NY. Take the Trailways bus towards Kingston. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Kingston Terminal, exit the bus and walk towards the Rondout Landing area. Follow the signs towards the waterfront, which is about a 10-minute walk. You will find Hudson River Cruises at 40 Rondout Landing.

From Poughkeepsie, walk to the Poughkeepsie Train Station located at 41 Main St. Take the Metro-North train heading towards Grand Central Terminal and get off at the Kingston station. The train ride will take about 20 minutes. After arriving at Kingston, exit the station and head towards the waterfront area. You can either walk (approximately 25 minutes) or take a local bus to get to Rondout Landing. Hudson River Cruises is located at 40 Rondout Landing.
