    To reach Kaaterskill Falls Viewing Platform by car, start from the town center of Hudson, NY. Head southwest on Route 9G towards the Rip Van Winkle Bridge. Cross the bridge and merge onto Route 23. Continue on Route 23 for about 12 miles. Turn right onto Route 32 and follow it for approximately 5 miles until you reach the intersection with Laurel House Road. Turn left onto Laurel House Road. Follow this road for about 1 mile; the parking area for Kaaterskill Falls will be on your left. Note: There is a parking fee of $10 per vehicle, so be prepared to pay.

    If you're using public transportation, take the Metro-North Railroad from New York City to the Hudson station. From Hudson station, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to Kaaterskill Falls.
