From Hunter Mountain, get onto NY-23 W from Main St. Follow NY-23 W for about 7 miles until you reach the intersection with NY-32 S. Merge onto NY-32 S and continue for approximately 5 miles. Then, take the exit toward New Paltz and merge onto I-87 S. After about 10 miles, take exit 18 for NY-299 W toward New Paltz. Continue on NY-299 W for about 2 miles, then turn left onto S. Chestnut St. Finally, turn right onto Hawk Dr, and the Dorsky Museum will be on your left at Administration Parking Lot 15, 1 Hawk Dr, New Paltz, NY 12561. Note that parking may be available on-site.
