From the Poughkeepsie Train Station, exit onto Main Street. Walk south on Main Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 9. Cross Main Street to continue straight onto South Hamilton Street. Continue walking on South Hamilton Street until you reach the end, where it intersects with the Hudson River waterfront. Turn left onto the waterfront path, which will lead you towards Quiet Cove Riverfront Park. Follow the path along the river for approximately 1 mile, and you will see the entrance to Quiet Cove Riverfront Park on your right at 1 Clear Water Drive.

From the Poughkeepsie Transit Center, take the Route 5 bus towards the North Road. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes until you reach the stop at the intersection of Route 9 and South Hamilton Street.
