From the center of Collegetown, head east on College Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with State Street. Turn right onto State Street. Walk approximately 0.5 miles, and you will see the Ithaca Downtown Historic District on your right at 128 E State St. The walk should take around 10-15 minutes.

Locate the nearest bus stop in Collegetown, which typically services the TCAT (Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit) buses. Take the TCAT bus route that heads towards Downtown Ithaca. The bus will take you close to the Ithaca Downtown Historic District. Get off at the stop nearest to E State St and walk a short distance (about 2-3 minutes) to reach the district at 128 E State St. A single bus fare is approximately $1.50.
