Walking
From central Collegetown, start by heading south on College Ave. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Lake St. Turn left onto Lake St. The entrance to Ithaca Falls Natural Area will be on your right after a short walk. Look for the signs indicating the falls.
Public Bus
You can take the Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit (TCAT) bus from Collegetown. Catch the Route 11 bus at the Collegetown bus stop. Stay on the bus for about 5-10 minutes and get off at the stop for Lake St. Walk east on Lake St for about 0.2 miles, and you will reach the entrance to Ithaca Falls Natural Area. The bus fare is $1.50 for a single ride.
Biking
If you have access to a bike, you can ride from Collegetown to Ithaca Falls Natural Area. Start on College Ave heading south, then turn left onto Lake St after about 0.5 miles. The bike ride is approximately 1 mile and will take about 5-10 minutes depending on your speed. There are bike racks available near the falls for parking your bike.
