Once you arrive at the Westport station, exit the bus and head towards the main road, Post Road East. From there, you can catch the local Westport bus (Route 7) towards Compo Beach. Get off at the Compo Beach stop, which will bring you directly to the beach entrance.

Start at the White Plains Metro-North train station located at 1 Station Plaza. Take a train on the New Haven Line towards Grand Central Terminal, and get off at the Westport station. From the Westport station, you can either walk to Compo Beach, which is about a 30-minute walk down Post Road East, or take a local bus (Route 7) towards Compo Beach. If you choose to walk, exit the station and turn left onto Post Road East, then follow the road straight until you reach the beach.
