From Montauk, head to the Montauk Train Station located at 465 East Lake Drive. Take the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) train towards Penn Station and get off at the East Hampton Station. Catch the Suffolk County Transit Bus (S92) heading towards Sag Harbor. Get off at the stop on James Lane, which is a short walk to the East Hampton Historical Society: Mulford Farm Museum located at 10 James Ln.
