Car
If you are driving from any location in The Hamptons, head towards NY-27 E (the Long Island Expressway). Follow NY-27 E for approximately 15 miles until you reach the exit for Amagansett. Take the exit for NY-27 E toward Montauk. After exiting, turn right onto Montauk Hwy (NY-27) and continue for about 2 miles. Turn left onto Bluff Rd, and you will find Amagansett National Wildlife Refuge at 290 Bluff Rd, Amagansett, NY 11930. Parking is available at the refuge.

Public Transportation
To reach Amagansett National Wildlife Refuge via public transportation, take the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) from any station in The Hamptons to the Amagansett station. Upon arrival at Amagansett station, you can either walk (approximately 1.5 miles) or take a taxi/rideshare service to the refuge. If walking, head east on Main Street, then turn left onto Bluff Rd. The refuge is located at 290 Bluff Rd. Be sure to check the LIRR schedule for train times and fares, which typically range from $10 to $20 for a one-way ticket.
