Take the exit for NY-27 E toward Montauk. After exiting, turn right onto Montauk Hwy (NY-27) and continue for about 2 miles. Turn left onto Bluff Rd, and you will find Amagansett National Wildlife Refuge at 290 Bluff Rd, Amagansett, NY 11930. Parking is available at the refuge.
