Public Bus
From Montauk, head to the Montauk Train Station, which is located on Station Road. Catch the Suffolk County Transit bus route S92 towards Riverhead. Stay on the bus for about 40 minutes until you reach the stop at Cutchogue Main Road and Depot Lane. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Pellegrini Vineyards. Head northeast on Depot Lane, turn left onto Main Road, and you'll find Pellegrini Vineyards at 23005 Main Rd, Cutchogue, NY 11935.

If you're up for some exercise, consider renting a bicycle from one of the local bike shops in Montauk. Once you have your bike, head northeast on Montauk Highway (Route 27) and then take a left onto Route 25 (Long Island Expressway). Follow Route 25 until you reach Cutchogue. The ride is approximately 12 miles and should take you about an hour. Once in Cutchogue, navigate to Main Road, and Pellegrini Vineyards will be on your left at 23005 Main Rd.
