Walking
If you are at the Poughkeepsie Train Station, exit the station and head west on Main Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with North Water Street. Turn left onto North Water Street and walk for about half a mile. You will see Upper Landing Park on your left at 83 N Water St.

From the Poughkeepsie Transit Center, take the Route 1 bus towards the Poughkeepsie Plaza. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Main Street and North Water Street. From there, walk south on North Water Street for approximately 10 minutes. You will arrive at Upper Landing Park, located at 83 N Water St.
