From White Plains, head to the White Plains Metro-North station. Take the Harlem Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at Grand Central. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the subway and take the 4, 5, 6, or S train downtown to 42nd Street - Grand Central. Transfer to the 6 train (green line) heading towards Brooklyn Bridge - City Hall. Ride for 6 stops and get off at the Canal Street station. Exit the station and walk east on Canal Street until you reach Eldridge Street. Turn left onto Eldridge Street, and the Museum at Eldridge Street will be on your left at 12 Eldridge St.

Bus
From the White Plains Main Street, take the Bee-Line Bus 60 towards the Bronx. Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach the 225th St & White Plains Rd stop. Transfer to the BxM1 bus towards Manhattan (Midtown). Stay on the bus for approximately 45 minutes until you reach the stop at 42nd St & Park Ave. From there, walk to Grand Central Terminal. Inside, follow signs to the subway and take the 6 train (green line) towards Brooklyn Bridge - City Hall. Get off at Canal Street, then walk east on Canal Street until you reach Eldridge Street. Turn left onto Eldridge Street, and you’ll find the Museum at Eldridge Street at 12 Eldridge St on your left.

If you are already in White Plains and prefer to walk, head towards the White Plains Metro-North Station. Take the train to Grand Central Terminal. Once there, exit the station and walk east to Park Avenue. From Park Avenue, walk southeast towards E 42nd St and then follow the signs to the subway.
