The journey takes about 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, follow the signs to the subway station. Take the 4, 5, 6, or 7 subway lines downtown to the 14th Street-Union Square station. Transfer to the L train towards Brooklyn and get off at the 1st Avenue station. Exit the station, walk east on 1st Avenue, then turn left onto East Houston Street. Continue walking until you reach Norfolk Street and turn right. The Back Room will be on your left at 102 Norfolk St.
