From White Plains, head to the White Plains Metro-North Railroad station. Purchase a ticket to Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. Board a southbound train towards Grand Central. The journey takes about 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, follow the signs to the subway station. Take the 4, 5, 6, or 7 subway lines downtown to the 14th Street-Union Square station. Transfer to the L train towards Brooklyn and get off at the 1st Avenue station. Exit the station, walk east on 1st Avenue, then turn left onto East Houston Street. Continue walking until you reach Norfolk Street and turn right. The Back Room will be on your left at 102 Norfolk St.

From White Plains, walk to the White Plains Bus Terminal. Take the Bee-Line Bus #60 towards the Bronx, which will take you to the East 138th Street station. From there, transfer to the subway and take the 6 train downtown to the 14th Street-Union Square station. At Union Square, transfer to the L train towards Brooklyn and get off at the 1st Avenue station. Exit the station and walk east on 1st Avenue, turning left onto East Houston Street. Continue until you reach Norfolk Street and turn right. The Back Room is located at 102 Norfolk St, on your left.
